The Lhomonds has been
welcoming holidaymakers to the family-run Camping***
Le Lac for over 30 years now. The campsite is situated
in a leafy environment covering 8 hectares in the Dordogne Périgord
region of France.
Ideally located in Plazac in the Périgord, close to the caves of Lascaux,
Les Eyzies (world capital of Prehistory) and not far from the medieval town of
Sarlat, you will be able to go on many outings to these cultural and tourist
attractions and will enjoy many walks in the surrounding countryside.
In
the Dordogne Périgord region, nature has been generous :
wooded hills and valleys, rivers full of fish, picturesque villages,
numerous castles, prehistoric caves and shelters of world renown.
At
the Camping***
Le Lac, numerous activities are possible including swimming
and fishing in the lake which covers 3,5 hectares. The swimming pool
has a paddling pool for little ones. There are two tennis courts,
a boulodrome, a volleyball court, a ping-pog table and a children's
playground, as well as organised events throughout the season and
a children's club.
Yvette and Maurice, Nathalie
